Medical Assistant
At California Healing Arts College (CHAC), our Medical Assistant program can help you put your attention to detail and your people skills to work. The Medical Assistant program at CHAC is designed to provide graduates with the basic front office (administrative) & back office (clinical assisting) skills necessary to qualify for entry-level positions in a variety of out-patient medical facilities.
Personal Fitness Trainer
We are the first Accrediting Commissions of Career Schools and College (ACCSC) member accredited school in California to offer Personal Fitness Trainer program based upon the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) curriculum.
In partnership with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), we offer the most sought after Personal Trainer Certification in the industry. Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy helps people with stress reduction, sports injury rehabilitation, and treatment of tired and overworked muscles. Career options for Massage Therapists are numerous, ranging from acupressure to sports massage. As part of your training in Massage Therapy, you’ll learn the basics of human anatomy and physiology. You’ll also study a variety of massage techniques all designed to help you work with your clients and improve their overall physical health and well-being. Throughout the Massage Therapy program, you’ll gain an advanced knowledge of medical terminology, hygiene, safety, and sanitation. We’ll also help you prepare for the professional world by training you in business ethics, and the legal issues related to the practice of Massage Therapy.
At the end of the Massage Therapy program, you’ll be able to proudly display the diploma you’ve earned.
Advanced Massage Therapy
This program includes the entire Massage Therapy Certification and provides additional training in Spa Structure and Function, Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Biomechanics, and Customer Service; and includes a unique Externship specific to the rapidly growing industry of Luxury Day Spas. Upon successful program completion, the student is thoroughly prepared for work in professional clinical and spa environments, and specifically prepared for employment in high-end luxury day spas.
